Can we return items for an exchange or refund?

Can I return my parcel at one of your other branches?

You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit. Return Address:

What if I receive order &the package has been tampered or is open?

Do not accept any parcels that have been open or look damaged. Refuse delivery and email at help@begumsaab.com.

Missed delivery?

If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you within 2 weeks the parcel will be returned to us.

Lost/Damaged Parcels?

In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Signature is required on receipt.

Do you stitch unstitched outfits?

Yes, we do provide a stitching service, Stitching service can increase delivery time up to 21 days.

What if I don’t get a order confirmation email?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice on which will have displayed all of your order details. within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, contact us via help@begumsaab.com.

Return delivery charges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns delivery. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Statutory rights?

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
